Welcome Our New Coach: Jonas Hoffmann

Waiheke United AFC is thrilled to welcome Jonas Hoffmann as our new coach. After completing his university studies, Jonas set off on a journey that took him from Germany, where he coached at clubs like F.C. Hansa Rostock and ZFC Meuselwitz or Greifswalder FC in the goalkeeping department, to now settling on Waiheke Island. He holds UEFA B-Level licenses for both outfield players and goalkeepers.

This is Jonas' first role as a head coach, and he’s eager to make his mark. In addition to leading our senior team, Jonas will also work closely with our youth goalkeepers, helping to develop the next generation of talent.
